**PARKING:**
- The drive up is a normal mountain road, meaning it is narrow and winding, fully paved all the way to the cabin.
- Parking for up to 3 vehicles
- Gravel driveway:
- **Far left side & shoulder facing the cabin:** Best suited for low-clearance vehicles (any vehicle is good)
- **Middle & right section of driveway is steeper:** Reserved for tall 4x4 vehicles only

Other things to note
- Per the fire department, the fireplace is to remain OFF from May- October 31st
- Fireplace use is available Nov 1st - March 30th.
- 4WD / AWD is recommended from December to March, during snowstorms and winter weather.
- Please note: The cleaning fee covers general cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. Excessive trash may result in an additional cleaning fee, based on the severity.
- No fireworks allowed, per county regulations.
- Guests must be 25+ to book.
This area is a favorite spot for bears — please do not feed them and ensure all trash is secured in bear-proof containers.
In an effort to maintain rates we only charge an extra guest fee of $50 per night for each guest beyond 5 people. Please select the right number of people, and Vrbo should calculate it automatically for you.
When possible, we can offer complimentary early check-in at 2 pm. Alternatively, a fee of $62 applies for early check-in between 9 am and 1 pm.
