Summary: We rented this property because it is large, (there were five of us travelling), is close to the airport and we didn't want to drive far after a late night flight. It said it was three bedrooms and could sleep six. After booking, I was told that there would be an extra guest fee for each person over 2. I told him that the ad did not say that and that we wanted to cancel because the ad was misleading. He eventually waived the fee, but then told me that there would only be two bedrooms available for five of us arriving. The days leading up to our international departure I had no check in information from the host. I contacted him three days out, two days out, one day out with no response. I had to contact VRBO to see if I could get contact. Finally the day before we left he responded. He was very nice and gave me the information I needed. Once we arrived, the property was clean and tidy. However, there was a very explicit painting of a naked woman in the living room, where my daughter would be sleeping, which made us all very uncomfortable. If you are just looking for a place to stay for one night, it may be worth the cheap price and location, but it was not as advertised.
