Summary: Leaking toilet in our room on arrival. A dirty tray from room service with left over food on it sat outside a guest’s room from our arrival at 3pm until 11am the next day despite our raising this twice with reception. Poor quality towels in our room. The spa area ran out of towels for guests to use. Spa was generally untidy, with cups and used towels lying about.
