We have decided to share our family cottage for a few weeks each summer. It is a seasonal cottage and closes down in the Fall, depending on the weather. It is recently remodeled and offers you all the amenities you would need. Perfect for two families!We rent Friday to Friday during the summer. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Main level - Enter into family room, with adjoining dining and kitchen. Bedroom with king bed and a crib, second bedroom also with a king bed. 2 full bathrooms, one with tub for the little ones. Lower level - The lower level walk-out bedroom has two queen beds and three doubles - (trundle and bunk). There are three additional bedrooms in the lower level: queen / queen / two twins. There is a laundry room which contains a half bath. The waterfront deck and dock is approximately 30 feet from cottage. Keywords: This private Upper Silver Lake frontage home has a lot to offer. Master bedroom with king bed and crib, second bedroom has king bed, third bedroom downstairs offers two queens and three doubles and walks out to the patio, a fourth bedroom offers another queen bed, a fifth bedroom has a queen and the sixth bedroom has two twin beds. The home also has a full laundry area in the lower level along with a half bath. There is plenty of parking for all your toys and vehicles! Recently remodeled home, it has a lot to offer if you just want to hang out at the home. Large flat screen tv with dvd player, large indoor dining table and large decks for your enjoyment! There is fishing right off the dock. The lake is stocked annually. Silver Lake, just minutes away, offers boat, pontoon and seadoo rentals. Bike and scooter rentals are available nearby. You can bike the Mears to Rothbury bike path (30 miles of paths). Jeep rentals and Mac Woods dune rides are also nearby. The town of Pentwater which is 11 miles north offers weekly outdoor concerts, restaurants, and antiquing. Lighthouse tours and beautiful Michigan beaches are a few short miles away.
