In the summer and fall, it is a great location for accessing mountain biking, hiking, viewing the fall foliage, and exploring all that Steamboat offers. The property has recently been updated with granite countertops, new sinks and faucets, new flooring, updated window coverings, ceiling fans in all main rooms, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, new washer, dryer, refrigerator and updated furnishings throughout.
