Positive: All of the capacities for cooking in a full kitchen was inside the condo. It is described as a "camp", and has the décor of a rustic hideaway complete with fireplace and small outdoor balcony overlooking the rear sloping terrain. It was quiet and secure with a code activated front door lock. It has several deer antler pole and table lights and a large dinner table situated on the other side of the kitchen partition. it had a small washer and dryer combo unit bucked into a closet nest to the kitchen

Negative: There was no hot water for either the shower or kitchen faucets. After a long day of sweating out in the high humidity, I was forced to take wash cloth baths just to rinse away the residue of the day. I tried to contact the rental office using the same telephone number that I received my door lock cade only to be advised that I had the wrong phone number. There was no toilet plunger on site-- I had to provide my own which is something I left for whoever comes next. The basin stopper rod on the bathroom sink did not close the stopper plug. There is no air conditioning so fans are necessary to keep the air from becoming musty. The start of the road leading up to the condo was washed out sometime earlier and has not been repaired. The access road is steep and very convoluted. One needs a powerful vehicle with good brakes to get up and down.

Summary: More of a winter time habitat than a summer retreat. It was close to where I wanted to go.
