Summary: We had two nights here, big comfortable room, hotel is easy to find and good car parking. Reception staff, I cannot speak too highly about them, they were brilliant when I needed them. However, as it was a two night day on the second day we got back to our room to find that towels have been changed but the beds were left unmade and coffee, cups etc were not replenished, they were only paper cups as well! When I complained to reception the first thing they said to me was are you a HollandAmerica cruise customer? Should that make any difference? of course I was not Holland America but I was a paying customer. Sloppy housekeeping meant 4 star review and not 5.
