- Strictly no parties.
- Please respect our guests and neighbours [we have the best neighbours!] and have quiet time after 9.00pm. This home is very much suited to a quiet relaxing stay.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house or outdoor areas. No candles and no illicit drugs.
-Parking your car : on street parking is available.
-Kitchen. Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher for sanitising and cleaning. Kindly leave kitchen as you found it. If OVEN is used, please ensure it is left in as you found it. Cleaning ovens isn't my favourite thing. 🤪 A clean kitchen makes for happy guests and household! 🙏
-Living room, bathroom, hallway and outside area of the premises. All these areas are shared. Kindly leave these areas as you found it. If items are used, please ensure it is left in as you found it. A clean environment makes for happy guests and household! 🙏
-Laundry room. A fee of 25$ extra is required for each laundry due to the excess energy bills and deterioration of equipment. All these areas are shared. Kindly leave these areas as you found it. -Save the planet - turn off Air Conditioning/heating when you go out.
-Your room can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. In the event that we validated that the maximum number of guests exceeded the original number of guests, there will be an addition charge of $100pp per night.
-Please lock the unit doors, balcony doors and windows securely when you go out. Appreciate it! Storms are unpredictable here!
- Please note 10am check-out time. Thank you!
-Kindly note that if extreme mess is left and is beyond our usual clean, the guest will be required to pay for a deep clean.
- Please remember that if the keys are locked in the home or lost during your stay or on check-out, we might need to call a locksmith or have the keys/locks replaced and any expenses will be paid by guest.
- Any damages will be charged to the guest.
- We only allow registered guests to enter our home, so please no visitors, there are some fantastic local cafes where you can meet.
