Renovated circa '64 two bedroom character beach house in Rockingham, just 40 minute drive from Perth and 25 minute from Fremantle. This quality interior finished house is situated just a stone's throw from the cafe's, restaurants of Rockingham foreshore.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, main bedroom with queen sized pillow topped bed, second bedroom has two over-length single beds. Yes, a modern-retro pink bathroom with all new tap-ware, shower screen, etc. Off the back of the house is a large outdoor furnished sun room which is a great place to relax.
Double carport for off street parking and probably parking for another 10 cars as the set back in this particular street is huge. So if you have kids there is plenty of space to kick a football or even play cricket. If the kids are younger you can watch them play in the large private rear garden from the comfort of the sun room.
Family or friends over for a BBQ is ok, but if you want to party, go elsewhere. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Sorry no WiFi.
