Summary: Our family if 5 arrived in Cologne after a 20 hour nightmare travel situation on 3 planes and a train in which the airline lost our bags. Hassan at the front desk was a light in a storm, making us feel welcome. His colleague ( I am so sorry I forgot her name! She’s great! Red-ish hair, glasses, super helpful!) immediately got a map and helped us find a place to buy clothes and toiletries. We were able to get clothing and pjs and had a wonderful stay at the Rhein Hotel St. Martin. The beds were super comfortable, the room was spotless, the attention to detail was wonderful and we had a great stay! And the Christmas markets are fantastic!!
