Located in the historic Southmoreland neighborhood, this unit offers a quiet, walkable setting near the Nelson-Atkins and Kemper Museums. Enjoy tree-lined streets, easy access to the Plaza and Westport, and plenty of dining, coffee, and culture just minutes away.
You will have private access to the first floor unit and the shared amenities outside of the unit
Walk into a bright and functional kitchen, perfect for cooking and everyday use. To the left, you’ll find a comfortable living room with plenty of space to relax or work. Straight ahead is the first bedroom, which includes a private en suite bathroom.
Next to the living room is the second bedroom. To reach the third bedroom and second full bathroom, you’ll pass through the second bedroom.
Outside, enjoy a shared fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. A washer and dryer are available in the shared basement, used by all three units. One off-street parking spot is located behind the home, and there’s plenty of free street parking out front.
