Our keyless entry offers our guests seamless access into the home. Upon entry guests are greeted by the abstract art and vibrant colored walls. The gold pendant lights guide guests to the central gathering area of the home. This common area includes a modern kitchen equipped with the latest in stainless-steel appliances, including a professional chef cooking range. Adjacent to the kitchen is the entertainment/living room space. This entertainment area is equipped with comfortable seating, a professional surround sound/entertainment system. The open environment is the perfect space to gather, play games, watch movies, listen to music, and share the day’s most memorable experiences.
Our guests’ journey isn’t confined by walls and indoor boundaries. A short step from the spacious common area is a large sliding glass door and the gateway to one of the homes most beautiful and prized amenities. With one slide of the door guests are welcomed by the NEW custom designed Pebble tec heated pool and hot tub. Surrounded by poolside chaise lounge chairs and additional seating, indoor and outdoor environments blend into one expansive space to entertain.
The pool area offers more than swimming and relaxing time in the spa. Imagine early morning Yoga, pool side. For those coming for some “bleisure” travel, this space is a great place to unwind from the day or take calls from the covered patio area.

One of the draws to Verrado is a golf experience like none other. Verrado offers two championship golf courses known for both a challenge as well as their scenic beauty.
The Victory Course, designed by PGA Pro Tom Lehman, provides golfers with a wide swath of green fairways, set beneath towering rock faces, giant granite boulders that dot the high desert landscape and the dramatic backdrop of the White Tank Mountains.
