Fully Renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat in a brilliant and safe location. 1930s building with lovely details including French doors and 3 meter Catalan Vault ceilings.
I may be biased but after living in this flat for a year, I found it to be one of the best locations in Barcelona. Super convenient neighborhood with all the amenities - close to the action but not amongst the throngs of tourists.
Perfect flat for an expat looking for a landing spot while searching for a more permanent home.
This is our personal home bought for our eventual retirement so not your typical rental flat. Outfitted to a very high standard with conveniences in mind. The living and dining room are open plan and great for entertaining and relaxing. The living room and main bedroom features a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon. The new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and full cooking implements, not just the basics. There is enough dining room seating to host a dinner party should you wish.
There are two newly remodeled bathrooms with showers with plenty of water pressure. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a queen as well as a single loft bed reached via a ladder. The sofa sleeps an additional two.
The whole flat has access to very fast, fiber optic WIFI.
The flat is on the ground floor so you don’t have to deal with any stairs. Air conditioned and radiant heated for your convenience although with the usually temperate weather you might not need it. Double paned windows throughout which block out the city sounds and keep the house temperate.
This is a great location for families due to the location, Montjuïc park nearby and easy transportation. Additionally, no stairs makes it easy for young kids and babies with strollers. Also a very safe location with many family activities all year long.
There are huge closets in both bedrooms plus the vestibule and there is a washer AND dryer (a rarity in the city). You can also hang dry clothes in the patio area. If you are moving to Barcelona but looking for a temporary place, this is for you. You can bring your myriad of bags and suitcases and put your belongings in the three giant closets. And the flat is so well equipped you will feel at home while you search for your perfect spot.
