A prime Upper Silver Lake location. We offer a family oriented cottage cute rental located in the heart of the Silver Lake area. This cottage offers a 3 bedroom one bathroom lake home on All Sports Upper Silver Lake. It is conveniently located just minutes from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, the Hart Brewery and the downtown Silver Lake activities & shopping. Our cottage comes equipped with cable (about 100 channels) and very fast password secured WiFi so that you can stay connected while on vacation.
Our cottage boasts an open floor plan with a brand new kitchen overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a glass top stove and oven, above the range microwave, refrigerator/freezer, lots of extra cabinet space for your food, and a great snack bar area. A brand new bathroom was completed in 2018. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed while the other two bedrooms are both equipped with bunk beds (bottom bunk is a full size bed and the upper bunk is a twin size bed). All are private bedrooms. Flat screen TVs are located in both the living room and master bedroom.
Upper Silver Lake offers a sandy bottom swim area in the front of the cottage that is ideal for small children. Our large private sandy beach is just steps from the deck and is located next to the lake. The cottage offers picturesque views of the Upper Silver Lake island and is ideal for watching sunsets.
Our cottage includes an impressive aluminum dock. Enjoy the use of one of our three kayaks. We have a variety of adult and youth life jackets and seat cushions. We do not provide any infant life jackets. Upper Silver Lake offers quiet no wake hours 7:30pm-11am which makes it ideal for kayaking and fishing. Upper Silver Lake offers great Bass, perch, pan fish and Northern Pike fishing either by boat, kayak or right off from our dock.
Our rental includes both a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill. Renters are responsible for providing their own charcoal and lighter fluid. An outdoor fire pit is also provided for your use lakeside. Renters will need to provide their own firewood. There are many local options nearby for the purchasing of firewood.
***Renters are responsible for bringing all of their own bedding (sheets, pillow cases and blankets/comforters) as well as their own kitchen, bath and beach towels.
***Renters are responsible for bringing their own paper products (paper towel, napkins, paper plates, etc.). We do provide a start up supply of toilet paper but do not guarantee that it will be enough for a renters' entire stay.
***No smoking is allowed at all on our cottage property.
***No pets are allowed.
***Special note: This is a family oriented cottage---NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Our cottage has been certified with Golden Township to be a short term rental property for no more than 8 occupants. Our property is monitored for compliance. Any violations of this may cause the renter to lose their security deposit.
