Our home is located in a residential area in Greer. The lot to the left of us is vacant, providing a buffer between the next neighbor. The lot to the right of us does have home, and they tend to park their camper in the backyard and often are working outside.
Pets are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee.
Our driveway is on the left side of the home, and has parking for several homes.
Our front porch features a sliding rail so that you can block it off for children to play, as well as a front porch swing.
Upon entering the home, guests will find a cozy living area with a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a Smart TV where guests can login to their streaming services (no cable).
As you continue through the home, you will come to a large eat-in kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up a meal and has a dining table and benches for 4. Please note: There is no dishwasher in this home.
Our home features 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is at the back of the house and features a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and another Smart TV.
A walk-in-closet is available for your use and the en suite bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and tub-shower combination.
At the front of the home, adjacent to the living room, is the second bedroom. It features 2 twin beds and a large floor area, perfect for children to play.
There are also luggage racks for your use and a nightstand and table lamp for each bed.
The closet in this room is reserved for our supplies, and is not available. The second bathroom is located off of the hallway, and features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
Finally, we have a large fenced in backyard perfect for your pets that includes a patio with a dining table and chairs for 4, as well as an umbrella for shade.
Finally, towards the back of our property, we have a fire pit and 6 chairs for your use.

Guests have access to the entire home, save one closet and the shed in the back.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with Wi-Fi router, ring camera, or smart lock.
