This newly constructed modern home is located in one of Austin's most sought after locations. You are able to walk to ACL Festival and Barton Springs in about 20 minute through a tree shaded neighborhood, about a 5 minute walk to the action of the South Lamar District, and you are tucked into a tranquil historic neighborhood.
We just finished building a new private swimming pool and hot tub that is a must if you are visiting Austin during the warmer months and the hot tub will be a really nice way to relax your sore body any time of year after a full day of exploring.
The master suite has a true spa feel--an oasis in the home with dual rain shower heads. Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom, luxury beds, linens and ceiling fans. The living room has recently been furnished with new Restoration Hardware furniture.
