A perfect Masters rental 6.5 miles from Augusta National. Located in Springlakes neighborhood, guest will enjoy a quiet lakeside community with a community clubhouse and pool. This home has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guest comfortably. An updated living room and sunroom is fit with an 85" HD tv and 65" tv respectively. Both are powered with Sonos sound systems to optimize any movie or sporting experience. A large dining, family, and sun room with all new furniture compliments a fully functional kitchen. A two car garage is available for guest parking as well as plenty of driveway and street parking. A recently added back patio and pergola creates a nice backyard sitting area with new teak patio furniture. I also have both a Charcoal and RecTec pellet smoker that any guest can use on the back patio for grilling during Masters week. This home has all new carpet in upstairs bedrooms (1 year old) and fresh paint throughout the entire house. The area is very convenient to all shops in the Evans and Martinez area with a straight shot to golf course parking.
