Make yourself at home in this modern, bright loft with a mid-century minimalist style, fully furnished and equipped with smart locks, all natural eco-friendly toiletries, and fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, couples or executives seeking an upscale experience.
YOUR SPACE: The naturally lit, open concept apartment combines calming grays, and decorative plants to create a serene environment. This unit is located on the third floor of the building with a balcony overlooking the street. It is entirely furnished, complete with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and toaster oven. Both bedrooms have a large walk-in closet, which makes this apartment ideal for longer stays. The kitchen also includes ample cookware, dishes, serving and eating utensils, coffee and tea. Our guests can stream all their favorite shows from multiple smart TVs within the unit, or enjoy our Hulu Live account.
WE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU: Travelers will enjoy the freedom and privacy of a large apartment, yet with the details and quality of a hotel experience. Eco-conscious travelers will find zero waste market tote bags, plastic-free amenities, biodegradable and vegan toiletries. For families traveling with small children, amenities are available upon request (ie. crib, play mat and high chair). And for the work-from-home type, we know that consistent reliable WiFi is an absolute MUST for any vacation/stay, and each unit has its own private high-speed WiFi for you to use. Your host will help you from the beginning to the end, to prepare your trip, welcome you at check-in and assist you during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Unwind and enjoy a glass of wine on the large outdoor balcony. Guests have access to everything in the unit, the owner does not keep any personal belongings in that space.
HOST's PRESENCE:
Your host will be physically available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. From 5:00 pm to 8 pm, your host will be available by phone. After 8:00 PM, your host will be available for emergencies only (trouble accessing entry, plumbing-related incidents, noise complaint etc...).

4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
