Originally built in 1905, this row home makes you feel like you are in a big city with ocean breezes. The house has been restored including all the original hardwood. The first floor bathroom door is an original French door from the home.
Linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and basic paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped for cooking at home and includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The refrigerator offers filtered water and ice. The house has central air conditioning and heat.
The largest bedroom has a king bed (2nd floor). Three bedrooms have queen beds (one on the 2nd floor and two on the 3rd floor). The smallest bedroom has two twin beds (2nd floor).
The first and second floor bathrooms have stall showers. The third floor bathroom was designed for several people to get ready together at the same time with a double sink vanity and additional vanity for hair/makeup. The third floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guests have the whole house with the front and back porches.
Beth and Kurt live 10 minutes away in Atlantic City. We are available if you need anything during your stay but give our guests total privacy. The Jitneys (green short bus on Pacific Ave) run 24 hours, $3 per person to go anywhere along their route in AC. They stop at all casinos.
Taxis are readily available to anywhere in AC.
We ensure you are entering a clean space for your vacation. We follow CDC protocols for cleaning including disinfecting all hard surfaces and high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, remotes, and faucets. All towels and bed linens including duvet covers are washed between guests.
This house is located directly behind the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall which has potential for noise with outdoor live music.
HOUSE RULES-
1) No House Parties. The neighbors are quick to call if anything begins to get out of hand, so please do not intend to have a party or it will be shut down immediately and your reservation will end without refund. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are not considered house parties. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are welcome as long as they are limited to 10 people. If you are here to celebrate anything, DO NOT hang items to the wall using any adhesives except blue painter’s tape or command strips. If you use thumbtacks, duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape, or anything else damaging to the walls you will be charged accordingly. NO GLITTER ALLOWED. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house.
2) Occupancy limits and restrictions: Be sure to book with the correct number of guests and no pets. Unless given prior approval from the host, you cannot have any more than 10 persons in or on the property at any one point in time and no pets are allowed. A violation of this could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Additionally, per Atlantic City law, the booking guest MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER and staying in the house. You may not book this house on behalf of another person.
3) Self check-in: Please inform your host of your anticipated check in and check out time so we can efficiently coordinate our turnovers. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow instructions that you are being provided through the check in guide as well as messages you’ve received from your host on the platform and via your email account linked to the platform. You can find your check in guide in your trip Itinerary under the “Trips” tab. You also agree that you will read your house rules/manual and check in instructions before contacting your host with questions.
4) Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property`s quiet hours of 10pm to 7am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night`s sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our `house rules` during your stay.
5) This house is privately owned; the owners and managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
7) Only use appliances for their intended uses.
8) No smoking or illegal drugs allowed inside the home. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please clean up and properly dispose of your own cigarette butts and ash, do not throw butts on the ground or in the street outside. Smoking inside will result in an additional cleaning fee determined by the extent of the issue.
9) Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area` and/or
•A `mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning` area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,` area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the `Hurricane Warning` period.
10) You may be charged additional fees if house rules are broken. This includes potential fees for:
- Unauthorized Late Checkout. Checkout is at 11am unless otherwise authorized in writing by the host. Failure to check out by 11am will result in additional fees charged by the hour.
- Extra Cleaning. Our cleaning fee is based on a “Courteous guest” that leaves the place in similar condition to which it was found. Extra cleaning fees incurred by host from turnover crew due to excessive trash, pet messes, etc. will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
- Loss of Rental. Any violation of any house rule (checking out late, leaving a mess, etc) that results in additional losses to the host for having to discount or refund the next guest will be the full responsibility of the offending guest in addition to any applicable fees.
11) This property is monitored by an exterior security camera. There is 1 camera located at the exterior of the front door.
