Positive: The location is nice, breakfasts are fine, too.

Negative: The place is basically hostel-like, with common toilets and showers. It's a bit overpriced, and the ground floor room windows lead to the yard, where outside tables stand, and there are people walking outside of your windows, looking inside, making noise and smoking.

Summary: Fine, but a bit overpriced.
