This apartment has instant hot water, however it is a small water heater, please allow 30 minutes in between showers to allow the water to re-heat.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor by stairs. No lift access.
There is a bus stop directly out front of the apartment which makes public transport very convenient however you can hear the traffic of the road from the apartment. Great location but not the best for light sleepers.
Please note there is no wifi available in this home however a portable modem is provided in the apartment that you are welcome to use if you wish. Please note you will have to recharge yourself as required. Please note as this is not a full modem, connection can also be a little less reliable at times.
