The space is a basement suite in a town house. The entrance is completely separate and private. It’s a small and cozy basement suite, perfect for staying in while you explore Winnipeg!
The unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that has a standing shower, and a full kitchen (sadly no dishwasher available). The living room is cozy, with a smart tv for you to use and Netflix. Currently, we have no dining table set-up so we invite you to put your feet up, turn on your favorite show and eat on the couch or visit some of favorite local recommendations for food and drink!
This is a basement suite. At times, you may hear footsteps etc. from the unit above, but, will never tolerate excessive noise, or noise past quiet hours.
