TOWELS & LINENS: Keep white towels and linens on the property and avoid using them for makeup removal; bring your own remover. Missing or damaged towels/linens, including makeup stains, incur a $30 charge each.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out request at 12 PM costs $50 (subject to availability). Overstays incur $75/hour. Not offered in June, July, or August.
NOISE POLICY: No loud music after 10 PM. Neighbor complaints or police visits may result in eviction without refund.
PET POLICY: A standard pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. A maximum of 2 pets (40 lbs each) is allowed. Pets must be leashed outdoors, kenneled if left unattended, and kept off furniture. POOL LIABILITY WAIVER - By booking this listing you are entering into an agreement with the following terms: 1) You understand that the pool is not lifeguarded and are aware of the risks associated with swimming, including, but not limited to, drowning, slipping and falling, and contracting waterborne illnesses. 2) I agree to follow all pool safety rules and regulations, including not swimming alone, not swimming if I am intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, not swimming if I have any medical conditions that could be exacerbated by swimming, and supervising children at all times while they are in or around the pool. 3) You voluntarily agree to hold harmless and indemnify Grant Katus, Nguyen Vu and any other affiliated agents or employees from any and all claims, actions, suits and judgments for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or service that you may sustain while using the pool. I understand that this waiver is a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. I agree that if any portion of this waiver is held to be invalid, the balance notwithstanding shall continue in full force and effect.
TRASH POLICY: Please bag all trash and place it in designated bins. Excessive mess beyond normal use may incur extra cleaning fees. A $30 fee applies per bag of trash left behind. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean.
