The cottage is centrally yet peacefully located in a quiet area of the small village of Kilgetty, just a 5 minute drive from the seaside village of Saundersfoot and 10 minutes from Tenby. Folly Farm is less than a 5 minute drive away and all of Pembrokeshire’s best attractions and diverse beaches are within an easy 20 minute drive.
With off road parking for up to 4 cars, a stylish family kitchen which opens up from the large dining/living room with a central feature fireplace and cosy log burner, Maynor offers a wonderful holiday cottage for you and your family.
The cottage enters into the large hallway with doors to all ground floor room and stairs leading to the first floor.
Lounge: Comfortable and spacious lounge and dining seating for up to 8 people. Log burner (starter pack of wood provided) and large wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the raised patio area with garden furniture - a relaxing space to enjoy a glass of wine or some al fresco dining!
Kitchen: Double doors lead in and create an open plan feel. Well-equipped with all you need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Wall mounted TV and breakfast bar with stools.
Utility: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Door leads out to the enclosed garden.
Shower Room: Large enclosed shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
