Your new, luxurious, warm San Diego family home is a five-bedroom, three-bath, high-end contemporary, 3,148-square-foot space, built in 2003 with a heated (for an additional fee) swimming pool, a waterfall, and a jacuzzi. This beautiful home is located in the San Diego suburbs on top of a hill with a breathtaking 200-degree ocean view overlooking the Coronado Bridge, the Coronado islands and beaches, Point Loma, San Diego, and even Mexico across the border. This is the perfect location if you're looking for a quiet environment, but at the same time close proximity to many attractions in the San Diego area.
The first-floor private patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying the spectacular San Diego weather. The lovely kitchen has granite countertops, and the adjacent room contains a beautiful marble fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for your dining pleasure under the chandelier. In addition, there are stained glass windows throughout the home adding warmth and color. The exterior affords beautiful gardens for botany lovers. Fruit trees and flowers abound in the environmentally friendly yard.
The house sleeps a family of 10 in regular beds and four or more in air mattresses. With the extra space, it's great to stretch out and relax. The master penthouse bedroom has real wood flooring, a good-size bed, and cherry wood furniture. The luxurious penthouse master bedroom has a large luxury tub, dual sinks, double walk-in closets, and one long impressive balcony overlooking the ocean. The balconies connect to two main sleeping rooms and allow for full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which only a select few homes offer.
