The Spring fed lake is clean and inviting, only 3 other neighbors have access to it but we actually own the dam so we own the lake. 50 feet deep ( it does taper so it is safe for kids) and is stocked with 4 types of fish. 7 bedrooms with 2 of them serving as dual purpose Game/Office. New 4 Zone A/C and heat system. Stocked kitchen, indoor outdoor games. Just purchased late Sept, will constantly update and add to it, stay tuned
