The three-story home is like new, after undergoing an extensive renovation in 2022, and the results are impressive—a chef’s kitchen designed for entertaining, six en suite bedrooms perfect for rest and relaxation, an indoor/outdoor sunroom ideal for a morning coffee or evening cocktail, plus plenty of private and shared spaces to live, work and play.
Tour the Home
Entering the home’s lower level, you’ll find a game room with a pool table and plenty of seating for participants and onlookers. The game room is just off the downstairs bar, which features a large-screen smart TV for watching the game and comfortable stools all around. In the bar, you’ll find an oversized stainless steel refrigerator for all your drinks and snacks, plus a conveniently located dishwasher for easy clean-up. There’s also ample storage with a coffee maker and glassware for any variety of drinks.
Additionally, the lower level features a modern family room with a wood-burning fireplace, keeping you warm on cool nights. The family room is set off with a striking u-shaped couch, maximizing conversation amongst your vacation-goers. Plus, there’s an oversized bedroom and en suite bathroom on the lower level, featuring two king-sized beds, a six-drawer dresser and comfortable chair for lounging or reading a book. The bathroom has two sinks, an LED mirror with built-in lighting, and an oversized shower that can easily accommodate two.
Upstairs, on the home’s main level, you’ll find the gourmet kitchen, complete with two ovens, a restaurant-style cooktop, two sinks, two dishwashers and an enormous refrigerator/freezer combination plus a separate drink fridge. A standalone island houses both dishwashers, plus an expansive sink, and a nearby peninsula island is perfect for prepping coffee and other drinks and includes a smaller sink for convenience.
The kitchen is divided between work space and dining, with oversized tables with benches and chairs to seat over 15 people. With a wall-mounted TV, too, this is easily one of the most popular places in the whole home for its many guests.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor/outdoor sunroom, ideal for a morning coffee or quiet escape from the hustle-and-bustle of the kitchen, plus a half-bathroom is just steps away. Further down the hallway from the kitchen, you’ll find the library, which is a perfect getaway to read a book or a “work-from-home” day. The library is also a great spot for families – the doors are easily closed and you can enjoy puzzles and games on the four-top table or watch some afternoon cartoons.
Across from the library is the great room, with nearly 360-degree views of the lake and a gas fireplace. Take in the tremendous views while spending time with your friends and family in the great room (of this great home). Close to the great room is an office, complete with a daybed and trundle, as well as a private desk facing the lake. What better place to complete some work emails and projects than with a view of Lake Anna!
Another primary bedroom with two king beds and an en suite bathroom finishes this floor. This bedroom also connects to a small nursery, with a crib and rocking chair. The en suite bathroom has an oversized shower and a comfortable soaking tub, plus an expansive two-sink cabinet, with plenty of storage. The toilet is located in a private closet off the bathroom, making it easy to share the space.
On the top level of LKA All Day, you’ll find the home’s remaining four bedroom suites, plus some fun surprises! On each wing of the home, you’ll find a king-sized bed plus a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds), as well as a private bathroom with a toilet and tub/shower combination. Each wing room has ample space for relaxing and storing all your belongings.
Down the hall from each wing, you’ll find a pod – a train-like compartment featuring a twin bed and television, plus curtains to block off the space from the rest of the house. It’s the perfect place for teens to crash or for adults to escape from all the activity of a family vacation.
There’s also a bunkroom, with two queen-over-queen bunks connected to an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, toilet and vanity. Plus, you’ll find the loft in the bunkroom – just take the spiral staircase and see the secret loft, where two playroom couches and a smart TV make this the favorite spot for kids and adults alike.
Facing the lake and opposite the bunkroom is LKA All Day’s showstopper room with floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you the best views of the lake from nearly every angle. This bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a freestanding tub, enclosed tile shower and oversized cabinet. From the bed, you can easily use the remote to raise or lower the motorized blinds or the smart TV, which is built into a cabinet at the foot of the bed.

Plus, you’ll find an expansive guest pier where you (or your friends) can safely tie up your boat. Benches on the pier also make it a prime spot to watch the sunset and take in all the lake views.
