Positive: Little Acres was the perfect place for our sisters birthday weekend. It is the best air bnb we have stayed in for cleanliness and comfort. The space was perfect for us three and would have been just as good for 4. One bed was turned into 2 singles for us. We had plently of wood for the log burner, it was so cosy at night times. We visited Selby for a lovely meal at the Jinnah (we would recommend!) and it is an easy drive to York from here, We would totally recommend it! Adam is a great host and thank you for the little extras!!

Negative: The bathrooms were a little cold for us and we couldn't get the DVD player to work. But we didn't mention these at the time so it wouldn't be fair to Adam to complain about it now!

Summary: It was perfect, we will be back again. Thank you
