Positive: The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 1 night so we did not have the chance to explore the hotel. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. So lovely to have the coffee machine available, which is not something you find in most European hotels. The Cathedral is a quick walk away.
