Adirondack chairs line the sandy beach as well as on the tip of the private dock that accommodates one motorboat and a jet ski. Jump onto the splash mat or swim out to the floating dock. Or explore the cove by kayak, canoe, or paddle board – all included amenities.
Take a nap in the shade on the two-person hammock or gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows. You can watch the resident bald eagle or bluebirds soaring to and from their house. Or play tetherball or grab some lawn games off the shelf or relax to the tranquility pond’s calming waterfall. This backyard is truly one of a kind, a nature lover’s paradise.
This authentic log cabin has modern décor and amenities plus a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Relax and unwind on the front porch swing or enjoy a glass of wine on the back stone patio while firing up the gas grill. The 30-foot screened back porch has stunning views of the lake with seating for ten at the picnic table as well as two rocking chairs and other conversation seating. The house comfortably sleeps 9 people. The first floor master bedroom has a luxury, split-king mattress with TV and ceiling fan. The second master suite on the upper level comes with a private bathroom, queen bed, twin daybed, and a writing desk. The connecting loft area overlooking the lake features a queen pull-out sofa for two additional sleeping spaces. The third bedroom on the lower level has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids or teenagers.
The main level has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room off the kitchen with a large screen TV and a leather sofa with two reclining seats. The main level laundry room off the living room has a washer/dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, large toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee pot. A wide assortment of cookware and small kitchen appliances are available as well.
The lower-level recreation room walks out to the backyard and features a ping pong table, foosball table and large screen TV that is perfect for gaming (bring your own video game console). A wide variety of toys, books, board games and puzzles are available as well. The house is equipped with WiFi throughout and all three smart TVs come with premium cable, HBO and streaming apps.
