A very nice 3BR 1BA Cottage with over 700 feet of lake frontage and sand beach on beautiful Langford Lake! This cottage is on well wooded property and nestled on 20 acres and is only minutes away from the Cisco Chain of Lakes and Sylvania N.F. The cottage offers beautiful real hardwood/ceramic tile flooring with an open kitchen/living room. There are sliding glass doors off the living room and main upstairs bedroom leading to a large deck over looking the lake for those amazing sunsets. Perfect for a relaxing retreat or a week long family vacation away from the stress of work and everyday life.
Also great for entertaining guests or enjoying the most beautiful country Mother Nature has to offer! Downstairs there is a walkout lakeside with a large family area and 2 bedrooms! The huge backyard is great for the family games and the kids will love the sand beach for swimming. Fish right from the comfort of the 40 foot dock! Langford Lake is over 480 acres in size and fish species consist of Black Crappie, Bluegill, LM Bass, SM Bass, Rock Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Yellow Perch! It is a full recreational lake, so bring your boat or use the canoe and or Kayaks provided. If the fish aren t hitting for some reason you can jump drive 10 min and get on the Cisco Lake Chain and boat/fish till your hearts content!
Please note that December through April is seasonal access, the road is not plowed and must be accessed by snow show or snowmobile. Yes this is perfect for your yearly snowmobile trip in the UP!
