The house was specifically designed to accommodate groups. Professionally decorated, the interior has a hip Austin vibe. The kitchen is overstocked with everything needed to cook.
The back yard has a resort-feel with a luxurious heated swimming pool (Extra cost to heated) designed for water volleyball or leisure swimming. There is 10 pool-side lounge chairs and a covered deck with seating for 10. The fenced back yard has plenty of room for back yard games, and the huge Oak trees give plenty of shade. The large gas barbecue grill is perfect for group cookouts.
White Dove is in a community loaded with amenities. You are minutes away from the community park with a community pool, sand volley ball, tennis courts, hiking trails, lake swimming, and boat ramp access. You are ideally situated between Lake Austin and Lake Travis and both lakes are only a few minutes away. There are tons of Lake Travis access points and public boat ramps are close by. If you are renting, getting boats for Lake Austin and Lake Travis is easy and fast. Just call in advance and make a reservation at one of the many boat rental businesses that serve the lakes. Jet skis, pontoon boats, party barges and ski boats with skis are available on either lake.
This property is in a highly sought-after area which is known for being the closest to downtown Austin while still being on the Lake. One of the great things about the property is how easy it is to get downtown. You can be in downtown Austin within a short, 20 to 30-minute drive, depending on traffic and what part of downtown you are heading to. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is just 30 to 35-minutes, depending on traffic and there are shuttles that will take you from the airport right to your front door for a reasonable fare. There are also plenty of car-services that will take you wherever you want to go, whenever you want to go there, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
