Positive: The house itself is really nice and clean. We had a prompt response via text message with who was managing the property.

Negative: The temperature inside the house was unbearable during the day and also overnight. Additionally, the bar downstairs put super loud music from early morning to late night. Furthermore, the way to access the property could be a problem if you don't have a phone or phone connection available. Last but not least, guests are asked to take out the trash when they leave. I am aware that is a "rule of the house" but I still find it weird and avoidable.
