Take a moment, breathe in the fresh summer air. Summer Breeze is a private, magical cottage that sits directly upon the western shore of Otsego Lake providing spectacular vistas and sunrises.
This single level home opens to a spacious wrap-around deck from which to enjoy blissful lakefront dining, grilling, sunbathing, and the ultimate in relaxation!! The deck was designed with children in mind with 3 gates to keep youngsters away from all water access points.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to create delicious family feasts. We love our sweet kitchen with antique sink and soapstone counters, propane gas range, and pantry refrigerator/freezer, and we think you will too! A new weber grill is yours to use throughout your stay.
Three bedrooms each with queen beds (one is a futon) provide comfortable sleeping for 6 guests.Two of the bedrooms are connected which requires walking through one to access the farthest away.
Our snug cottage has a freshly remodeled bathroom, new cheery paint, and parking for up to 4 cars across the street, roadside.
There are 2 kayaks for your personal use and a dock which will readily accommodate up to a 24 foot boat.
All bed linens and towels are provided, but you may wish to bring your own beach towels. WIFI and cable are provided for your convenience.
Summer Breeze is 5.5 miles north of the village of Cooperstown, 10.5 miles from the Dreams Park ball fields, and a 45 minute drive to the All-Star Village.
*Two pull out twin sofa beds are available, if needed. *No dishwasher or AC. There is an attic fan with humidistat to cool the space.
