The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. Sit around the fire or enjoy the outdoor sitting area with family and friends. The Reserve at Holiday Landing is an amazing golf cart neighborhood right next to the lake with direct access to the marina. This home is well taken care of and great for families. Parties are not recommended.
You will get around the neighborhood with our complimentary golf cart. Golf cart path to marina is closed November-Mid March
