Positive: I liked the location and the view. Its not everyday you can wake up to sunrise in the sea.

Negative: There were no towels or bedsheets, which is something to be expected from 4* house. Calling to support line was useless, all they did was to blame us for not ordering them 5 days in advance. However there was no indication or notification of any kind in emails that we even have to do so. Yet that's the only thing they kept saying. After first call I was promised a callback which never happened. Next morning 2 of their support representatives hung up on me on webchat. Only solution that was offered - go buy sheets and towels from Jysk, there's nothing we can do.

Summary: Excellent view and location, never met so bad customer support in my life.
