Summary: Rude, uncaring staff. No maid service during a 5 night stay until we pleaded with desk. Breakfast was never ready on time with the daily excuse being “we are running late”. Excessive food crumbs and debris on the floor under every table every morning. Broken lounge chairs (very unsafe) in indoor pool room and excessive debris at bottom of pool. Desk attendant was usually asleep or talking on her cell phone in early morning shift. Powdered eggs were uneatable. Daily fruit offering was however very good. Carpeting in room was filthy along with several large gross stains. Breakfast attendant on weekend was very unfriendly. The weekday attendant Patrice however was very welcoming. We would never stay here again
