This newly-built 2Bd, 2Ba townhome is located in the heart of the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle. The 1st floor has one bedroom, laundry room and full bath. The 1st floor bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, an office desk & closet. The 2nd floor is the main living space with a living room (smart TV included), furnished kitchen and dining room. The 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a private full bath, closet and a California King bed. This 3rd floor room also has an office desk for a separate WFH set-up. Our 4th floor/rooftop is a large patio with outdoor furniture; couch & chairs for around the fire pit & an outdoor table & chairs to enjoy a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner.
For those hoping to sleep 5 guests, the couch on the 2nd floor is the size of a Twin XL mattress; additional linens & pillow can be made available in order to sleep your fifth person.
Steps away from the delicious Red Mill Burgers, 0.5 mile away from the best Caribbean food in Seattle, Bongos, and a 5 minute walk to a locally owned bakery with the best breakfast items in Phinney Ridge, Ben's Bread. This home is perfect for walking to coffee in the morning or grabbing lunch or getting a drink at night. Everything you need is within a 10-15 minute walk from our front door.

2. This is a four story townhome, so we definitely recommend being comfortable walking up/down stairs.
3. Keep in mind these steep stairs may also not be an ideal spot for small, crawling toddlers. No baby gates at the unit for use.
