Effective February 2025, Bent Tree will now be charging a $25 daily resort fee, which must be paid at the time of booking.
Each violation of our house rules will result in a fine of $100-$500 not including any damages. You also may be asked to leave our property without a refund.

There is a $300 security deposit for each reservation. You will ONLY be charged in the event that items in and around the home are damaged or stolen, or when house rules are violated.
SMOKING~ is allowed; however, please (do not) smoke in the house. And please remove all evidence of smoking once you're finished outside. If any damages occur outside on the furniture, we will need to charge for replacement. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN YOU THROW YOUR CIGARETTES IN THE YARD. WE CAN NOT CAUSE A FOREST FIRE. If smoking occurs in the home, a smoke remediation charge will be accessed. Thank you for understanding.
EVENTS~ are allowed; however, they must be submitted to the host (prior) to scheduling the event. Thank you for understanding.
PETS~ please (do not) allow any pets on the furniture. The sofas are extremely expensive. The dog's nails will scratch. Due to the white comforters, dogs are (not) allowed on the beds. Should this rule be broken, we will have to charge for replacement. Please be sure to clean up after your dog when coming in from outside. Thank you for understanding:)
