Summary:
Our Guest Suite is attached to the Main House. It's great for a small family (best for up to 4 guests total) or using it for additional space and more guests when renting the Main House. We are just steps from the Little Colorado River and in the heart of the Greer Village. Riverbend Cabins are a short walk or bike to local restaurants and shops. This is a great place to snuggle up on a chilly day and a comfy, clean place to crash after a long day of adventure. Pretty much everything you'll need!
The Space:
The Guest House is attached to the Main House by a long hallway with locking doors. We have DVDs, Internet, satellite TV and all kinds of family entertainment. There is a private bedroom with the bathroom attached. 2 Murphy beds fold down from the living room wall to create more sleeping area. The couch is also a sleeper sofa but cannot be used when the beds are down. It is a small space so we ask that you don't overcrowd it. It's perfect for a small family with younger kids. We have a STRICT No Pets policy.
The Neighborhood:
Greer is full of wildlife and adventure. We have a “four season" climate at 8500 feet elevation. The famous Molly Butler Lodge is located about a 1/2 mile away. There are 2 gift shops at this time, a gallery and 2 restaurants that serve alcohol and a local museum. Fishing in the river requires a license (trout stamp). Hiking trails lead off in every direction and we have an on-site mountain bike rental business during the Summer months. There is also a playground about a 1/2 mile away for the kiddos to burn off some energy. We also have a local pizza delivery service. The Library is open 6 days a week in the Summer and we have several venues to host large gatherings. We are 20 minutes from South Fork, X Diamond Ranch, Sunrise Ski area, Eagar & Springerville. A 45 minute drive will get you to Pinetop, Alpine, St. Johns. Pick a direction and start your adventure here!
Getting Around:
Our cabin is off Main Street which begins as Highway 373. We have parking around the cabin in a parking lot. If you bring any type of trailer, we will provide a location for you to park it. There is a very nice walkway that runs through the town of Greer for your safety. It has sitting areas along the way to take a rest and enjoy the views.

Our manager is easily reached via call or text between 8AM & 7PM and lives in the neighborhood.
