Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.
