In a great location on Phillip Island, this ideal family home, close to the Sunderland Bay surf beach and the Grand Prix racetrack.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. two bedrooms have Queen beds, another bedroom has a double bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks with a TV. There is a family bathroom with a shower, toilet, a separate toilet and a laundry with a front-end washing machine.
There is an open plan dining and living area with a smart TV and ceiling fan. A kitchen with a fridge, electric oven and electric hot plates, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker and kitchen utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery plus more. In the living area there is a reverse cycle air conditioner.
An outdoor entertaining area at the back of the house with an outdoor setting, fire pit and a BBQ. The back area is fully fenced and dog proof.
A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. Linen and towels are not provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne know and this is invoiced separately for payment. During the Moto GP the linen is provided only.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location for you to enjoy your breakaway.
