The Space:
Our expertly decorated Studio apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bedroom walls do not completely go to the ceiling to give the suite an open-air feel. Additionally, the door to the bedroom is a barn door style door with 12 pane privacy windows. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Covered parking for one car is also available, with no additional fee.
Please note: the washing machine is currently inoperable and we don't have a timeline for when it will be repaired.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Old Town Town Scottsdale, you’ll find yourself surrounded by Western contemporary charm. Stroll down Fifth Avenue and check out the latest in desert fashion, or feed your inner food critic and experience Scottsdale's renowned food scene. In the evening, you can check out the weekly Art Walk or enjoy dinner and drinks with friends at one of our local bars.
Getting Around:
When it comes to getting around town, your options are limitless. Whether you prefer to rideshare through Lyft or Uber or rent an electric bike to get around town, you’ll get to where you need to be. If you're looking for a more unique method of transportation, flag down one of the town's street legal golf cart taxis, or you can hop on the free Old Town Trolley and experience all that Scottsdale has to offer!

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
