The Space:
This is a newly remodeled bungalow is set up exclusively for vacation rental. Attention to comfort and detail is important to us. Mattress' are Plush natural latex and bamboo covered & include hypo allergenic sleeping pillows with linen bedding. In addition we have encased all the mattress' and pillows with covers to ensure a hygienic stay. Cozy robes for your use are in every closet. With ample space to enjoy your friends and family or to enjoy tranquil retreat. Super high speed wireless internet, 2 Smart TV's , games, multiple desks, the home is set up for work or play. Fire pit, picnic table, grill and newly landscaped backyard is a nice break from outings. The kitchen is big and the dining room boast a large table. Super convenient to grocery , gyms, yoga and more. The YMCA is just a stones throw and has a great gym - the offer free use up to 14 days a year with your ID. There is a washer and dryer for your use too. The space also has an alarm system if you wish.
Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS! Keyless entry allows for easy and flexible check in. Parking is provided on site 2 spaces one behind the other along the fence & more on the street if needed! The house is just off the main corridor so it's easy to find and easy to come and go! Uber/Lyft/Taxi's are very easy to get.
The Neighborhood:
East Nashville has a buzz for a reason: it's a bohemian mecca for Nashville's artist, musicians, and anyone looking for an eclectic mix of food, people and styles. You will find some of the best food in the city. This vibrant community is just on the other side of the river from downtown so it’s close to everything but yet it’s own unique vibe. Easy to get to airport, downtown, or any of the universities, convention center and more. So if you are here for work or play it's an easy spot to base out of.
Getting Around:
If you don't want to drive- take an uber, lyft or a cab. Nashville even has a golf cart company that serves some of the areas! There is even JOYRIDE which is a golf cart service that is located in various areas of town. Scooters from Bird and other vendors are all over the city. You just need the app to book and go. There are also many bikes for rent thru Nashville B cycle - check out their site for stations around the city. The city is putting in new sidewalks along the main corridor or Gallatin- this may slow your drive a touch but only by a few minutes.
Other Things to Note:
The house is super close to lots of enjoyable areas. 1.5 miles gets you to 5 points. 3.6 miles and your in Downtown! We are 2 doors from Gallatin Road which is the main corridor in East. So super easy to find and get to hot spots. The bus stop is less then a block and you can get you to 5 points area or to downtown quickly. Uber, Lyft and Taxi's are very good when jumping around especially in downtown where parking is a bit pricey. There is an upstairs unit that is also a vacation rental. We have rules on shoes and noise to ensure everyone's stay is pleasant. If you have a big group you can rent the both for a total of 11 people or just make some new friends. The backyard and side porch are common areas of use. There is a wireless speaker for your use and if you would like we can provide additional cleaning service or recommendation for childcare if needed for longer stays. You can walk to the YMCA for gym and indoor pool use & it's free up to 14 visits a year just bring your ID.
