It’s more than easy to go to Major League Baseball spring-training games at Salt River Fields (Diamondbacks) and Giants Spring Training but Scottsdale is also known for its auto auctions and classic-car shows and let's not forget the PGA and Senior Tour golf events. Some of the best shopping is just minutes away in Scottsdale. Have lunch or shop at an upscale, contemporary shopping complex with more than 200 stores, restaurants & a movie theater at Scottsdale Fashion square mall.
Enjoy our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with heated pool (NO Extra Fee)! Pool heated October 1st through April 30th and will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature).. The backyard is great for entertaining and features a large, covered patio with bistro lights, propane firepit, table top, wood fire pit, built in BBQ grill, outdoor lounge chairs, seating and dining, plus one 50” smart tv w/ Direct TV streaming!
*Traveling with a dog? No problem your pup can catch some Arizona rays and sunbathe right along with you on the lounge chairs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. You can take your dog(s) to the Chaparral dog park less than two miles away from this home and just blocks away there is also a regular park (Agua Linda Park)!

You will feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. The living room features a sectional sofa, CD player jukebox and 65” Smart TV w/ Direct TV streaming. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare you meals featuring, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans and more. There is seating for 8 plus 2 barstool at the kitchen counter plus outdoor dining.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, 40” Smart TV w/ Direct TV streaming, large walk in closet and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, and a 43” Smart TV w/ Direct TV streaming. The second guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, 32” Smart TV (Streaming TV ONLY) plus an adjustable desk & chair. The guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which are laundered after each guest visit.
We have available for an additional fee a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley, Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas.
