Summary: The big problem was I did not get the access key code to enter the building and my room. It was not clear if Hotels.com or Forenom Hostel was responsible to send me the key. I had to call to get a key, and it eventually came from Hotels.com.
PLEASE do better with this problem, and solve it.

Summary: Was promised an email containing instructions on how to access my room by 1600 on arrival day. I did not get this email even after 1700 on arrival day. I had to resubmit identity verification through an older email and then was given access, even though I'd already completed that verification.

Summary: The location is nice, on a 15min walking distance from the airport. The check-in went well, I got all the required information by SMS on my phone. So far the good part, the bad part is that the building is old, the room I had was very noisy, and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The bed linen were dirty, the bed itself was old and it felt like you were sleeping in a 'hole' in the bed. The floor was sticky, the remote of the TV was véry filthy, basically I was looking forward checking out again. Luckily I only stayed for one night. Unfortunately this was the only place that had vacancy on my night on stay and the next cheapest place charged almost 4-5 times as much for a night... If you are in for just one night, perhaps stay at the airport or find a hotel in the city. I would not recommend this hostel.

Summary: Great location gets you everywhere although check in was rough problems with getting and maintaining the codes to get into the room and facility was made to use back entrances for some reason and other guests almost burning down the building by accident only then did the staff do their jobs & no hot water in the showers that's as fair as I review I can give
