Nestled on the corner of the beach and the banks of Crooked River, overlooking the water and towering Norfolk Pines, this luxurious Gerroa home sleeps six guests in total style and comfort. The house is meters to both Seven Mile Beach with its famous surf break and also to the very family friendly Little Beach. Across the road you'll find the acclaimed Blue Swimmer Cafe; perfect for a morning coffee, lunch or a romantic evening meal.

- Fairytale - Upstairs - sleeping 2
This property is the downstairs level only of this house.

Where will I be?

Fairytale - Downstairs is perfectly located in Gerroa - protected from the wind and set in a quiet and peaceful pocket, overlooking Crooked River and on the corner of the ocean/beach access areas. The Blue Swimmer Cafe is just over the road.

The village of Gerroa is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive.

Architecturally designed, with high ceilings, designer furniture, the highest quality finishes and floor to ceiling windows throughout, Fairytale - Downstairs is sure to impress. It has a minimalist style, plenty of natural light and a perfect location.

Is there any special information that I should know about?

Fairytale was built in 2018 and is a designer house divided into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Every design consideration has been given ensuring your privacy, with your own private entrance and sole use of the backyard.

How is the property laid out?

Fairytale - Downstairs is a 3 bedroom downstairs apartment.

Enter into the spacious open plan living/dining area, flooded with natural light, with high ceilings and smart television. The kitchen is galley style with an oven, small cook top, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and sink.

Bedroom one has a king bed and large ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has two king singles. Each of these bedrooms have their own floor to ceiling wardrobes in the hall and both share a large bathroom with walk in shower.

There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

WiFi, internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The TV in the shared living/dining area is a Smart television with access to Netflix and Stan.

Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If access to WiFi is important or critical during your stay, please have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Make the most of being outdoors in the large shaded dining area. There is an outdoor dining setting, gas barbeque, and a grassed backyard. When you get back from the beach, there is also an extremely luxurious hot and cold outdoor shower.

Keeping warm or keeping cool

Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout for year round comfort - heating or cooling.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, duvets, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Coffee, toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Whilst there is no allocated parking for Fairytale - Downstairs, there is street parking along Riverleigh Avenue and additional parking at Emerys Reserve - very close by.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Fairytale - Downstairs is not pet friendly.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Peak Season rules?

Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
