From I-10 head South on Estrella Parkway, a beautiful palm lined avenue, past Goodyear Stadium, home to Spring Training and Cactus League games for the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds. Follow Estrella Parkway up a gentle incline through beautiful desert landscaping to the mountain encircled valley of Estrella Mountain Ranch. Home to Estrella Golf Club, several large lake with groves of palm trees, numerous parks and miles of trails for walking, hiking and biking.
Close to two golf courses, NASCAR race track, NHL Phoenix Coyotes, NBA Phoenix Suns, NFL Arizona Cardinals, MLB Diamondbacks'; spring training baseball for Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds.
THE HOME:
Our four bedroom, two bathroom home will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV with DirectTV and a DVD player (plays both regular and blue ray DVDs), King sized bed with an en suite bathroom, with a soaking tub, separate large shower area, double sinks, private toilet area and large walk in closet. The second bedroom is large and includes a queen size bed, end tables, dresser, desk work area and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with night stands and dresser. The Fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin sized bed on top and full sized bed on the bottom plus a pull out twin sized trundle bed underneath. All mattresses are high quality and very comfortable. All bedrooms have new remote controlled overhead fans. The home has two newer air conditioning units and a water softener system.
The living room features a an eight foot long, solid wood and slate pool table for your enjoyment.
The family room is equipped with a 60 inch smart TV with Direct TV and a DVD player (that plays both normal and blue ray DVDs). There are a handful of DVDs at the housing for your use, as well as a selection of board games, for both children and adults
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a side by side fridge and freezer, smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery and dishes for 10. There is seating for six at the dining table and four at the breakfast nook.
The backyard features a relaxing pool and deck areas to relax, as well as a large bench swing, outdoor dining table and gas grill. Make sure to turn off the lights in the backyard and take in the stunning views of the stars.
