Bring the whole family to our bright home with a peaceful atmosphere and lots of room for fun. This 2000+ sq ft home on nearly an acre really gives a country feel, yet it's minutes from the airport, Stockyards, Downtown Ft Worth, restaurants & all major highways.
Enjoy our huge kitchen, large outdoor patio, fire pit area, hammock and 14' trampoline. Home comes complete with WiFi, Smart TV, large Master Suite, and farm style dining area.

THE SPACE
Our clean and updated single-story 1950s casa is flooded with natural light and perfect for all 4 seasons in Texas. The sleeping space consists of three bedrooms. All bedrooms come stocked with clean linens and have space for you to store your clothes.
Most of our living happens in the kitchen, living room and back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• pots & pans
• gas range & oven
• microwave
• toaster
• crock-pot
• blender
The back patio is equipped with a pellet smoker/grill and a large outdoor dining table with seating for four, along with plenty of seating around the fire pit. The backyard is fenced in and feels nicely secluded.
For those that would rather stay inside, the house is equipped to keep you occupied all day long. Check out the books in the Master Bedroom, or grab a board game from the linen closet by the guest bedroom. Hang out in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows on our 55-inch smart television. Or maybe spend the evening in - making your favorite casa-cooked meal in our large kitchen space and enjoying it in our serene backyard space.
Whether you decide to stay put or go out, there is so much to do in and around our home!
ACCESS
Our neighborhood is so great! We are a quick drive away from a major city center (Fort Worth) and just 25 minutes from the ballparks in Arlington, but we're also on a quiet residential street, so we truly have the best of all worlds.
GUESTS:
Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.
PARTIES:
Parties and/or events are not permitted at the property. We have nosey neighbors who will call or text the hosts if they are bothered by a party. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am.
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes; furniture, flooring, linen stains; etc)
PHOTO / VIDEO SHOOTS: Our home is not to be used for photo / video shoots without approval by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.
INSECTS
This house is surrounded by other large lots and wooded land, so it is natural to see insects in the area. We have a thorough cleaning inspection team and we also have insect traps throughout the house. We also have bio-friendly bug spray available for use at the house. Unfortunately, despite our best measures, insects sometimes find their way inside. So, IF you have ANY issues with this then I would advise you NOT to rent. I personally am not bothered by this, and many people are not, but if you are then I would recommend another listing.
