Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel’s reception desk, drift palm cove has a strict nonsmoking policy, concrete works will begin in the first week of march 2026 and will go on for 12-15 weeks (weather dependent). this will involve scaffolding and the temporary closure of some balconies in line with work health and safety requirements. work will start each day from 7:30 am.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
